How long does it take to process my order?

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Some product pages show a more specific processing estimate, such as 1–3 business days for many T-shirts and 2–4 business days for some Hawaiian shirts or jerseys.

How long does shipping take?

After your order has been processed, estimated delivery time is typically 3–7 business days for U.S. orders. Some product pages may show a more specific delivery estimate. International delivery times vary by destination and carrier.

Where do you ship?

We ship to the United States and supported international destinations shown at checkout. Available countries, shipping rates, taxes, and delivery estimates may vary by product and destination.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible at support@artbluei.com. If your order has not been sent to production or fulfilled yet, we’ll do our best to help. Once an order has been produced, personalized, or shipped, we may not be able to cancel or change it.

Can I return or exchange my item?

We have a 30-day return policy for eligible items. Many Art Bluei products are made to order or personalized, so customized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect. Please review our Return and Refund Policy for details.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please email support@artbluei.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and make it right with a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.

Why does the color look slightly different from the product photo?

Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings, lighting, product materials, and the printing process. We do our best to represent every design accurately.

How do I choose the right size?

Please review the size chart on the product page before ordering. For apparel, sizing may vary slightly by style, brand, and fit. If you prefer an oversized look, consider sizing up.
